We provide a wide-range of academic programs and extracurricular activities to prepare students for success. At JCD, we have a rich history in not only academics, but our extra-curricular programs as well. Jac-Cen-Del is consistently ranked among the best of Southeastern Indiana. In the most recent state report card, Jac-Cen-Del Community School Corporation received a "B" rating. In addition, Jac-Cen-Del Elementary received a "B" rating while Jac-Cen-Del High School received an "A" rating.
In this technological age, we continuously strive to push innovating learning, such as Project Lead the Way (PLTW), in a wide array of courses throughout the district. We have also invested a great deal to prepare our staff and students in the use of technology as every student in the district has an electronic device.
At Jac-Cen-Del, we have strong partnerships with the Southeastern Indiana Career Center, Ivy Tech, and Indiana University. We also offer extra-curricular activities in programs such as music, art, robotics, and FFA just to name a few. These activities, along with our athletic programs, gives all our students the opportunity to get involved in areas of interest.
